About Tapestry Design

Tapestry Design was opened in 2021 by Margaret Khomenko, a designer with over 20 years' experience.

Margaret uses her fashion and design background to create wearable art, combining different shades and textures in a collage style. She is a serial entrepreneur and a self-styled, freedom-loving bohemian.

Located in the Niagara Peninsula, Tapestry Design creates light jackets, scarves and bags that combine recycled knits and upcycled fabrics with the translucence of sheer. Our garments and accessories encourage customers to embrace a boho style that's elegant and structured.

Tapestry Design donates to mamamoya.org, which gives direct financial assistance to mothers in distress in Ukraine.

Margaret is a maker member of Craft Ontario.
